Kristie Springate
Director
One of Kristie’s proudest achievements is her long history with On Line Services, working within the business for over 20 years before taking over ownership. Giving her deep insight into our clients, our processes & the values that have shaped our reputation. That experience drives her commitment to delivering exceptional service & building long-term relationships. Not only is she the owner but she is involved in all aspects of bookkeeping & payroll assisting her clients reach their full business potential. Kristie is known for her friendly & efficient service. She holds a Certificate IV in Accounting & Bookkeeping, a Diploma of Accounting & is a registered BAS Agent that prepares & lodges all our clients Business Activity & Instalment Activity Statements.
Courtney McQueen
Bookkeeper and payroll clerk
Courtney joined On Line Services in 2010. Her responsiveness & diligent work-ethic are what make her the bookkeeper & payroll clerk for the well-known Beechworth Bakery’s based in rural Victoria. Assisting from afar with their many needs including payroll for over 200 employees. Her client-base varies greatly with local bakeries, security & transport companies, racetracks, disability & nursing services. She holds a Certificate IV in Accounting & Bookkeeping.
Kirsten Dey
Bookkeeper and payroll clerk
Kirsten joined On Line Services in 2024. Her friendly and down-to-earth nature has rapidly increased her client base. Kirsten handles our bakery franchise clients along with large livestock companies & multiple butcher shops. She has over 20 years industry experience across franchises, trade companies and small businesses. She holds a Certificate IV in Accounting & Bookkeeping.
Vicki Paroz
Bookkeeper and payroll clerk
Vicki joined On Line Services in 2025. She's currently in training to become one of our professional & friendly bookkeepers & payroll clerks. Her infectious laugh & approachable personality has fit in well with the team. Vicki has a wealth of knowledge & has already taken on intensive training to take over some of our long-standing livestock & bakery clients.
